•It is neither too close like Mercury and Venus not too far like Uranus and Neptune.

•It receives right amount of heat necessary for life.

ii)Favorable atmosphere:

•It has favorable atmosphere with adequate amount of Oxygen (21%) , Nitrogen (78%) along with a small amount of other gases like Helium, Hydrogen and Ozone.

•It acts as a blanket preventing us from the ultraviolet rays of the sun.

iii)Water cycle:

•It is the most unique features of the Earth as life cannot exist without water.
