Plant tissue are suited for the stationary habit of plants ,whereas tissue organisation in animals is targeted at providing higher mobility. Plant tissue consist of living as well as dead tissues. Whereas animals consist of only living tissue. Hence,they contain living tissue in order to provide energy for movement. Also , both animals and plants perform different functions.
