DESIRABLE CHANGES are those that are desired or needed to be changed. Eg: ripening of fruits, change of milk to curd, etc.

UNDESIRABLE CHANGES are those that are not desired to be changed. Eg: natural disasters like tsunamis, earthquakes, etc.
