=>These include lactobacilus that converts milk into curd.

=>Many antibiotics are produced from these species of bacteria.

(b) Archaebacteria :

=>It includes Methanogens that helps in the production of Methane gas from the dung of ruminants.

=>Methanogens also helps in formation of biogas and sewage treatments plants.
