1. It is made up of tiny particles called molecules which move in all possible directions and in all possible speeds.

2. It neither have a fixed volume not a fixed shape.

3. It exerts pressure in every direction.

4. It is highly compressible.

5. It is highly expansible.

6. It has liye density.

7. It has a natural tendency to mix with other fluids.

8. It can be liquefied.
