State two ways through which the government can bring equality between backward and advanced sections of society.

By giving equal judiciary system to both the advanced and backward sections they can create equality in a society. 
Other than that giving equal job opportunity and same education standards in backward and advanced areas equality can be practiced. 

All citizens have equality of opportunity in matters relating to employment or appointment to any position in the government. Also, the Constitution has made untouchability in any form as punishable offence.
