state universal law of gravitation the gravitational force between two objects is 100 Newton how should the distance between the object which changed so that the force between them becomes 50 Newton

Newton's law of universal gravitationstates that a particle attracts every other particle in the universe with a force which is directly proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between their centers.


G < is proportional to sign > 1 / (r*r)

so if G becomes half r i.e. distance will become 4 times.
