if an expression is compared with 0 then it will not be a polynomial.if an expression compared with F{x} or g{x} etc. then it will be a polynomial

or any expression is not compared then it will be also a polynomial.

hope it will help you.

Answer:

An algebraic expression in which the variable involved have only non-negative integral powers is called a polynomial.

Step-by-step explanation:

In an algebraic expression, if the powers of the variables are whole numbers then the algebraic expression is a polynomial. Here, one of the powers of y is −1, which is not a whole number. So, y + 1y is not a polynomial. ... Here, the powers of the variable x are 2, 1 and 0, which are whole numbers.
