state whether distilled water is acidic, basic or neutral. how will you confirm it?

Distilled water is neutral because it is colorless and also not having any ions present in it.

This is be tested while checking whether it is conducting electricity or not. If it doesn't conduct electricity then we can make sure that it is neutral.
