Answer: No.

Because, on writing the sets in roster form, we have

A = {1,2,3,4,5,6}

No. of elements in A = 6

Similarly, B = {3,4,5,6,7,8,9}

No. of elements in B = 7

Equivalent sets are those sets which have same no. of elements but here

n(A) = 6 & n(B) = 7.

Clearly, n(A) is not equal to n(B).

Therefore, A & B are not equivalent sets.
