True. Fungal cell wall is made up of chitin. But there is an exception here, a group of gungi called oomycetes have cellulosic cell wall but all other classes, which are zygomycetes, ascomycetes, basidiomycetes and deuteromycetes have chitinous cell wall. Chitin is made up of NAG units(N-Acetyl Glucosamine) and is a homopolysaccharide.
