Any rational no. can be represented in the form of p/q. and also know that a rational no. is a terminating no. and to get terminated no. denominator should must be in the form of 2^m × 5^n so , if a rational no. is exprecible in the form of p/q then prime factor of q will be in the form of 2m× 5n.
also , the prime factorisation of q will not match with the prime factorisation of p . as p and q of a rational no. are co primes.
