Explanation:

first is void since the type of oil is not ascertained

second is valid because a deals in specific oil that is coconut oil

third I think is valid

fourth is valid if h (third party) fixes the price and is not stopped from either party

fifth is not valid since the price is not fix

Void or valid contracts describe the nature of contracts.

  • The correct agreements are -

1. Since, there is a lack of information as to show what kind of product was intended, thus the agreement is void for uncertainty.

2. A wishes to sell two hundred tons of a specified description is as an article of commerce. There is no uncertainty, thus the agreement is not void.

3. Z wishes to sell to Y the entire grain in his granary at Ropars. There is no uncertainty here that makes the agreement void.

4. F wishes to sell his produce to G provided by H. As the amount can be unquestionable, there is no uncertainty forming the agreement as void.

5. D wishes to sell the animal for 5,000 or 10,000. There is no information as to which of the two prices will it be sold for, thus the agreement is void.
