1) I completely disagree with the statement mentioned in the question because the fulfillment of a desire needs a lot of dedicated and specific efforts ,if we have multiple desires , then the efforts will be divided into multiple segments also which will degrade the intensity of efforts behind every single desires.

2) I completely disagree with the statement mentioned in the question because,value-in-use is the total cash flow under a specific owner or organisation but the value-in-exchange is the total amount of goods and services available in a specific market.
