Dear Admissions Committee,

I am writing to apply for the Undergraduate Music program at JMI University. As a lifelong fan of music and a singer who has won awards at the collegiate and intercollegiate levels, I am confident that this program is the perfect fit for me as I pursue my dream of becoming a professional musician.

I have always been inspired by the singing of S P Balasubramaniam, and his music has played a significant role in shaping my style and approach to music. I am particularly drawn to the emotion and passion he brings to each performance, and I strive to bring the same level of authenticity and connection to my singing.

In addition to my passion for music, I also bring a strong foundation in music theory and performance. I have been studying music for 7 years and have participated in various choirs and ensembles. I have also received many won best singers award at collegiate and intercollegiate level for my singing, which I believe demonstrates my dedication and potential as a musician.

I am excited to continue my musical education at JMI University and to be part of a community of like-minded individuals who are passionate about music. I am confident that the rigorous and comprehensive curriculum, as well as the opportunity to learn from experienced and talented faculty, will provide me with the skills and knowledge I need to succeed in the music industry.

Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to the opportunity to contribute to and learn from the JMI University community.

Sincerely,

Rahul Das
