Modern society is made of people living in both big cities and small cities. The characteristics of public living in large cities is most of the time quite different from the ones who live in small cities. The kind of resources both categories of public receives is different. Let it be schooling, higher education, or medical help. The population living in New Delhi have sometimes totally distinct characteristics from the population living in some village located near New Delhi. People’s nature and characteristics also changes from one state to another. In India, it is more observable as the kind of people one may meet in a countryside might be totally different from one living in an abutted countryside. It might also be the case that the major cities are designed such that it gives outsider an optimistic thought about the society. This is the reason why capital cities of nearly all countries are slightly better than other cities in the country.
