stationery shop had three types of pens costing rupees 10,rs 25,and rs 50. there were twice as many 25-rupee pens as there were 10-rupee pens. the 50-rupee pens added up to a value of rs 350 .if the total value of pens was rs 1550,how many pens of each type were there?​

Let number of pens of 10 Rs = x

then x ⋅10+2x⋅25=1200

(x)60=1200

∴ x=20(number of 10 Rs pen)

∴ number of 20 Rs pen = 2 ⋅ 20=40 pens

and number of 50 Rs pen = 350/50=7 pens
