Recently , The statue of Unity has been erected in the State of Gujarat. 

The statue of unity is the statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.

This Statue of Unity is considered to be the tallest statue in the whole world.
It's height is about 182 metres. 

PM Narendra Modi dedicated this tallest statue to the nation. 

The height of Statue of Unity is almost the double of Statue of Liberty.

It was inaugurated by our Prime Minister, Narendra Modi on 31st October 2018.
