Exercise and staying fit does not include only running, jumping and other cardio activities. If you stay home, you can do yoga. Yoga is a beneficial activity. You become taller, stay fit, lose weight, feel some peace and find yourself! Yoga helps keep relaxed during this pandemic and helps our thinking and time managing skills.
