4.) 1. I clearly remember between the age of 4-5, both my sister and myself were bullied on the school bus. Both my brothers were on the bus but they never noticed. An older girl, Valerie, was her name, she was 11 or 12, used to make us crouch down at her feet and the feet of her friend. We were squashed under her feet and between the seats, which were very narrow, and her school bag was thrown on our backs. This carried on every day for what seemed like forever. We were warned if we told anyone it would get worse and she would kill us. It was only when, one day she wouldn't let us off the bus at our home, and we had to stop the bus further up the road to get off, that questions were asked by our mother. She was very angry that we hadn't got off at the house and thought we were "acting the maggot". We eventually told her what was happening and that really was the end of it. I suppose my message is that no matter what threats a bully uses always tell someone. I have instilled this into my daughter as I would hate for her to have to go through any of that. However, it has not affected me emotionally whatsoever, and can only put that down to the fact that my sister was going through it too and we had each other to bounce off.
2. Yes I've been the victim of bullying in primary and secondary school. In secondary school teachers did nothing about it, while in primary school the teachers did something about it.
I have Aspergers and I've heard that people with Aspergers are being bullied in the same community school I went to worse than I was and still nothing is being done about it.
