HEY MATE,

HERE IS YOUR SOLUTION.

Let, p(x) = 7 + 3x

and, g(x) = 0

let, p(x) = g(x)

7+3x = 0

3x= 0-7

3x= -7

x = -7/3

Now, put the value of x in p(x).

p(x) = 7+3x

p(-7/3) = 7+ 3(-7/3) [ 3 is cancelled by 3]

= 7 + (-7)

= 0

After that divide 3x cube + 7x by 7 + 3x .

hope you can divide it yourself..

after dividing,

the remainder must not be zero as the answer says..
