Dear friend,

Here are the steps:
1. Open the MS Word application from Start menu.
2. Enter your data in the workspace.
3. After entering, goto File menu tab.
4. Click on Save or Save As option.
5. A dialog box opens.
6. Type 'test' in the file name textbox and select '.docx' option from the drop down list.
7. In the Source area, navigate to the 'My Folder' folder and click on it.
8. Click on Save button.

Thus, the file is saved at the desired location.
