step to create simple select query​

  1. Launch Query Design View. Click Query Design from the Create tab in the Ribbon.
  2. Select the Tables. Select each table that you need in the query and click Add to add it to the query....
  3. Add Fields. We are now in Design View...
  4. Enter Criteria....
