1) Write the recipient's email address in the "TO:" which is the first statement in your email.
2) Secondly, write "CC:" and "BCC:" as necessary and/or when asked and mentioned in the letter.
3) Now, write "Subject:" and write the subject of the body of your email.
4) Now, begin writing your letter using "Dear Sir," or "Dear Madam," or "Dear Aunty," as required.
5) Start writing the main body of email.
6) Remember to distribute the body into stanzas.
7) Leave one line after every stanza.
8) End your email by writing "Yours faithfully," or any appropriate statement.
9) Then, on next line write your full name or first name as necessary.
10) Lastly, make sure you enclose the entire email is a box made by pencil or pen.

Step 2: Go to your inbox. Step 3: Peruse your inbox for emails that you no longer need. When you've identified these, click the 'select' box to the far left of the each email so that a tick appears in the box. Step 4: Once you've selected an email that you wish to delete, click the delete icon.
