ANSWER :

First,

We take in the Oxygen present in the atmosphere through our nostrils (nose) and then this enters into our pharynx region then it enters into larynx which is also called as the voice box, then the air goes into the lungs through a passage called as trachea. Now the oxygen enters goes into the alveoli which are bulb like structures present in the lungs, it is the region where the diffusion of gases happen.

now this oxygen gets diffused into our blood, these oxygen molecules get attached to the haemoglobin and then this gets transported to each tissue in our body .

Second,

The Carbon Dioxide which is produced through these tissues are diffused into the blood and then this blood goes through the alveoli and then here the CO2 gets released into alveoli and then we expire the CO2 through the same passage as the oxygen which entered.
