Government of India has continued its pace of globalisation Inspite of political changes during the decade 1991-2002. Prime Minister ship has changed hands in the decade Shri. Narasimha Rao, Shri. A. B. Vajpayee, Shri. Deve Gowds, Shri. I. K. Gujarat and again Shri A .B. Vajpayee, all have followed globalisation prescription stage by stage. The latest word is globalisation with a ‘human face’.
