The known resources of fossil fuels may run only more about 100 year.
So conservation of fossil fuels is must  . one should  follow the following steps:

-->Drive the vehicle at constant speed.
--->Switch off the vehicle when not in use at traffic signals .
-->Proper maintenance of the vehicle.
-->Ensure correct air pressure in the correct air pressure in the tyre . Low tyre         pressure will consume more fuel.
--> Use public transport like Bus or train for daily routine work.
--> Use Bicycle for shorter distance.
