1. Open MS Excel Window

2. Select "blank workbook" and click on create button.

3. Opens a new blank worksheet.

4. Adding column title. such as Sno. , Student's name, class and Sports.

* to add column title, just click the cell you want and start typing. When you finish, hit Tab to complete your entry and move to the next cell.

5. Adding data.

* toadding data, fill in the rows under the column titles. When you finish, press enter key to complete your entry and move to the next row.
