Steps to locate and transfer information to a word processing documents

Navigate to a Web page you’d like to save and maximize your browser window. This makes it easier to capture the Web page.

Press “Ctrl-A” and then press “Ctrl-C” to copy the entire page.

Open a Word document and right-click the location in the document where you want to paste the Web page. A menu appears.

Move to the menu’s Paste Options section and click “Keep Source Formatting.” Word pastes the Web page into the document.
