1) take out a small piece of peel and place in water
2)Add some saffranin to make it wet
3)now rest the peel for about 10 to 12 minutes
4)Take a mount and place the peel on it
5)Take another mount and put some Glycerin on it and gently put on the 1st slide
And prevent bubbles in it

To prepare the slide:
- Place a drop of fluid in the center of the slide.
- Position sample on liquid, using tweezers.
- At an angle, place one side of the cover slip against the slide making contact with outer edge of the liquid drop.
- Lower the cover slowly, avoiding air bubbles.
- Remove excess water with the paper towel.
