if u r asking the meaning of stock and reserves then

stock : the supply of things that a shop, etc. has for sale

and

reserves : to keep something for a special reason or to use at a later time

but if u r asking about stock reserves than

STOCK RESERVE (SR) or buffer stock is a stock quantity which is based on the normal average expected consumption during the lead-time to replenish depleted stock.
