Cage is closed so force is provided by air but ultimately force is providedas normal force because air paticles will apply normal force on the wall of the cage. So normal force required to provide acceleration of 2m/s

is m.a=1N.
So total weight recorded by spring is normal applied to it i.e. 25+1=26N because acceleration is in upward direction so normal reaction required is in upward reaction amd equal and opposite normal will be applied on the base of cage .
