As lemon pickle is an acid andaluminum is a metal and metals react with acids to produce hydrogen gas, it is not advisable to store lemon pickle in an aluminum utensil because it will spoil the pickle and holes will be formed in the vessel.....

Hey Mate!! You can't store lemon pickle in an aluminum container because the acid in the pickle make the aluminum container to spoil....So you should only use plastic containers for storing pickles.
