It is startling to find a beautiful young woman fast asleep on a bluestone bench in Gandhi Park in the early morning. Beauties come to the parks to enjoy the air, laugh, run, play with flowers and plants; But a young woman sleeps on the bench next to Ravish unaware, it is quite a non-trivial thing, forcefully attracted towards her. So many men are walking on Ravish, old as well as young, all stop there for a moment, look at the scene at a glance and then leave. Young men smiling mysteriously, old men shaking their heads worriedly and young women lowering their eyes in shame.
Basant and Hashim are running barefoot in shorts and vests. The Olympian race is going to be held during the Christmas holidays, both of which are preparing for the same. Both of them stop after reaching this place and looking at the girl with closed eyes, they start thinking among themselves.
