Not quite, although this appears to be a common mistake in some variants of English.
I often see “reach” used in Indian English to mean “arrive”, whereas in fact it means “arrive at”. So you cannot, for example, say “I have reached” on its own as that would mean “I have arrived at”, which is obviously not a complete sentence. You would need to say “I have reached the house/the restaurant/London
