Simply kindness is a great act through which we can take respect and love not from the human beings but also from animals. It is a great act through which we can take our inner satisfaction.
Throughout week I simply take few action of kindness and this is really a good experience.
In office my supervisor’s wife is not well so he didn’t took lunch from his house and I observe this so I from my house took more lunch with me and share my lunch with him and he appraise me for this act and feel happy. I personally feel happy for this act too.
The act from which I feel happiness is I was in a fast food corner and one very old man came to me and demand some money for food actually he was beggaging.I ordered a burger for him and gave to him and he is really very happy .I never forget the smile of his face.
Last few days back My mother was not feeling well and my sister was also not at home at that time so I feel it and I just said to her that you take rest and I made lunch for her. It Was not so delicious but I must say the happiness on my mother face is really awesome. She was so happy for my act and I also really happy to saw my mother happiness.
One of my friends was worried due to some of their family issue and he sat alone and not speaking too much in the class. He not told us anything but I feel that something is really wrong. After the class I went to him and ask about the reason. Firstly he was not telling me but I show sympathy to him after this he told me all things. Then I show kindness to him through words and he was really happy to me that through sharing he feels good and I feel also good.
These are my few actions of kindness and I think through kindness we can spread happiness everywhere. We can spread peace and love in everyone’s hearts and in the world as well.
