ghost stories are very interesting to hear specially at nights.we also watch lots of horror shows and movies these days because we
are interested in what we havent seen and sounds thrilling to hear.i would like to tell a story of vibha.vibha was a normal college going girl who used to live in meerut with her parents.as she had completed graduation her parents were looking for a groom.soon her marrige was fixed with kartik from saharanpur.she got married in chiling weather of december.after the rituals both kartik and vibha went to saharanpur where kartik lived with his parents.kartik's parents were extemely happy to get a very intelligent and beautiful bahu.kartik used to tell vibha to finish all household chores by 8 pm and then not to go downstairs on groundfloor of their bunglow in night after 8 pm.all family members used to finish dinner by 7:30 pm.then all used to go to sleep.this was very strange habit for vibha who was new in the house and ine meerut she and her parents used to eat dinner after 9pm and sleep by 10:30 pm.so it was tough for her to sleep so early in night at 8 pm.one night she was trying to sleep but was unable to sleep as she had slept in afternoon so she decided to read a novel.the bookshelf was in the groundfloor.vibha thought
that everyone in the house is sleep and even kartik is sleep.it was 10 pm and all dark in the big bunglow.there was a pindrop silence in the atmosphere,no sound no air.vibha silently walked downstairs and picked up a book.but she saw someone staring at her.dark green eyes and someone covered in a blanket.she heared a male voice saying bahurani is wakhat niche na ghoomein.
vibha asked him who are you.the man said i am halku,the watchman.vibha ran upstairs as she was shivering with fear.in the morning she asked kartik who halku is.kartik asked him show she knows about halku.she told him everything.kartik said halku was their watchman.he used to work some years back.one night some theifs attacked their home.halku was killed fighting the theives.the theifs were arrested and halku had saved everyones life sacrificing his own.kartik said that even today halku walks in the night in the ground floor to protect the bunglow.vibha felt that he was very good man and felt respect for halku.
