Mouth is a very essential part of the body.In order to speak the brain must be stimulated and sends impulse to the mouth muscles to speak.So meaning that anything we say we believe.In essence is that the continuous we say it our mind will become adapted to it and that will be a routine or normality to something.So according to me what we say we become is true if you say you are a hero your mind will be adapted and you will start acting like on if you say you are a looser same thing will happpen and you will not care cause thats the way you have trained your brain to think you are.

There was girl named 'Esther'. She belonged to a poor family. She was very good in studies. She had a dream to be a doctor in future. Her parents although didn't have enough money to afford for her higher studies still used to support her dream.
Esther used to top in every examination. She used to study in a government college where no fee was required. He topped in her class 12th board examination.
Many of her friends took admission in coaching institute to prepare for medical entrance examination. But she didn't take admission as she knew her parents cannot afford it.
Many friends used to tell her that without joining coaching institute no one can clear medical entrance examination. This made her very sad. But her parents encouraged them and told to start self study and work hard. Esther was determined and got the courage.
She studied very hard herself at home without wasting time. Finally, he cleared her medical entrance examination and got admitted in a well known government medical college.
