The Grandson of Village Head (Its not copied. 100% own content)

There was a classy Punjabi man of age seventees living with pride in a village. His name is Gopal Rawat and is the Village Head. As much as he had pride, he had power to exploit. His unruly behaviour towards people developed a deep fear on him. He is politically corrupt and lives in a big bungalow. His sins are countless including many murders of caste marriage couples.

He and his late wife had a son Ranjit. His grandson through Ranjith is Yuvraj, a 10 year old naughty spoilt kid. Though Ranjith and his wife Amrita are well behaved and kind, Yuvraj is inspired from his grandpa much. Gopal won't allow his son or daughter in law to scold or to correct his mistakes. He would say, "No one dare to point finger at my grandson. He is my blood."

Yuvraj studies in Primary School. Yuvraj gets caught of naughty acts and his teacher wrote about his behaviour in his diary and asked him to get signature from his parents. But Yuvraj forged the signature.

Days passed, as his naughtiness increased, his teacher asked to call his parents to school. Yuvraj said to his parents. Ranjit and Amrita starts to scold this boy and Amrita starts beating him for his bad behaviour. Suddenly Gopal comes there and sees the drama going over there. His eyes becomes red. He slapped Ranjith for speaking rude and he asked his grandson to speak. Teary Yuvraj didn't speak. Gopal locked Ranjith and Amrita in one room. Gopal asked Yuvraj to say what happened. Yuvraj says, "My teacher is asking me to sweep the floors and tiles of school bathroom." He gets angry and says, "I'll deal with him." Yuvraj thinks, "Sorry to say lie with you grandpa but there is no wrong if it save me."

The next day, Gopal and Yuvi visits his school and Gopal argues with his teacher and finally ends up slapping him. Yuvraj was dismissed from school. Gopal was smiling as he achieved something. Yuvraj comes home cheerfully and shouts, "I am on holiday, hurray." Amrita and Ranjith gets shocked. They reveal the real matter behind parents meeting. Gopal is horrified to realize the fact that he did a blunder by believing his grandson's lies.

Gopal decides to ask apologies to school on the annual day celebration on the next day. As he is an illiterate and knows only Punjabi, he ask his son to write a apology letter in English as he considers Punjabi is inferior. His son wrote a English letter with pronounciation in punjabi language. Gopal leaves for some work and leaving the apology letter in house.

Yuvraj sneaks into his room and thinks, "Apologies are not in my dictionary. Its cowardice to ask sorry." He changed the content of the letter by doing forging the same handwriting.

On the annual day, when Gopal enters the stage and open the letter to read. Yuvraj smirks. Gopal reads, "I am so proud to slapping a teacher. The teacher must stay in his limits. He should not show his power to me nor my grandson. I am shameful to stand at this stage to speak here. Thankyou." Gopal smiles as he don't know the meaning of what he said. Amrita and Ranjith are horrified again. Yuvraj laughs. Gopal lost all his dignity because of his grandson.

Here, in this story, The spoilt grandpa fails to correct his young son and he takes advantage of him and spoils his own life. He encourages Yuvraaj's wrongdoing and so Yuvraaj's shows his nature to him itself.

As you sow, you shall reap.
