years - wanders about streets

his country
sees bird seller in marketplace
variety of birds in cages
buys all the birds - sets
them free knows the value of freedom.

Two friends travelling through forest suddenly
chased by bear - one hastily climbs a tree - other
cannot climb - lies down and pretends to be dead
bear smells him and goes away - man on tree climbs
down - asks what bear said to the friend who could
not climb — friend replies that bear advised him to
beware of friends who desert one in times of need.​
