Martha decided to participate in the 100 m race .she was a very good racer and start her practice for race . lastly racing day was come and Martha was won and very happy .next time she was participate in the 200m race but this time she was not do practice because she was thought she was a best racer she was won without practice but in the race she was not won ,and she was understood practice is most important for won .
