Veeru and Karim were youthful Keralites. The following week their school would sort out a camp close to a timberland in Ponmuddy. The next week they joined the camp. One day they went out together. They thought of going inside the timberland to investigate it. Before long they lost their direction. The sun had set. They were strolling along the Periyar stream. They heard an uproarious commotion. They stopped and tuned in to it. They heard the sound of a creature coming towards them. It was the sound of a major elephant. He was only fifty meters from them. The elephant smelled them as well. He saw them standing unobtrusively behind an oak tree. He raised his long trunk uncertain and trumpeted uproariously. The young men didn't move. Veeru was somewhat scared, however Karim was most certainly not. Gradually the elephant began coming ever closer. Presently he was just ten meters away. "How about we accomplish something," said Karim. "Do it, before he assaults us," said Veeru.
Karim hauled out an inflatable from his pocket. He place it in his mouth and began blowing into the inflatable. Finally, it was blown to the measure of a little pack. Karim hit the all out inflatable hard with his hand. "Blast Bang!" The elephant halted and trumpeted indignantly. He was confused.The elephant dismissed and vanished into the backwoods. The young men ran and kept running till they achieved safe at the camp.
