It was the time of December, I went to visit Murshidabad with my friends. We stayed in a medium-sized bungalow which had a huge veranda. We went to visit Palashi War Place on the first day. I have read about this place in the book but I could feel it after seeing this.
Other than this, we visited Hazar Duari Palace, Nizmat Imambara, Madina Mosque and Wasif Manzil. The sculptures on the walls of palaces are just marvelous. Being a history-loving person, I felt the amazing historical significance there. We also bought their famous mangoes and silk from the market. This trip, however, is one that will always remain green in my memory.
