Once upon a time, there were four brothers who always quarreled. One day, their father was about to die. He called his sons and gave them a bunch of sticks to break. But no one was able to break them. Then, the father untied the bundle and gave each of them a stick to break. Now, it was easy for them to break the stick. The father then explained that it was hard for them to break the bundle of sticks but easy for them to break one stick.  He took this example and told them that instead of quarreling all the time, they should work together. The sons realized their folly and started working together from that day.

Moral: There is more strength in unity than division.
