It is a business deal because the strategies adopted for long-term sustenance of the environment needs cash flow to execute the plan effectively.  It also needs manpower.  For manpower, you need pay as a salary.  Moreover, all these strategies are done under hypothetical basis because it is all affected by the climatic changes which in turn affect the life of flora and fauna.

 All these organisations are set with a service motive and are provided grants and funds.  If these funds get stopped or not managed properly, then the whole project will be jeopardy.

There are future plans being drafted to make these organisations to function on social motive and not get affected in any way.
