I am a respected citizen of Delhi I am writing this letter to bring to your notice about the stray dogs in the parking of city mall. last Sunday I visited the city mall with my family we went to the parking area to park our car, suddenly the dogs started barking we saw they were barking at the other fellow citizens also their breed was kind of scary which led to frightening of the fellow citizens this is a kind and humble request to see to the matter.
