Strategic:
             as the word "strategy"  shows it is the planning phase in this decision making process company plans for the next mave to take or doing the right thing. These type of decisions are mostly based on partial-knowledge of the environmen­tal factors as they may be uncertain and dynamic (climate change, disasters). The higher level of management take these decisions.

Tactical:
            as the word "tactic" shows that it deals with the physical attributes. It deals with the process by which right things can be done.These decisions are the implementation of strategic decisions taken earlier. The middle level of management take these decisions.

Operational:
                 as the word "operation" shows itself that it deals with the day-to-day op­erations of the organization. These are short-term decisions and they are taken repetitively. These are based on facts regarding the events and there is not much need of business judge­ment. The lower management take these type of decisions.
