Strength is the part of team. I like to conduct some activities to sustain team work, unity& employee engagement in team. Please suggest yours answer

There are many activities,which would enhance the unity in  workplaces -
1. Owing to the recent Swach bharat mission, a Cleaning campaign in the workplace would be a good idea which would, engage all the employees.
2 Assigning  tasks  in groups would also help.
