Instead of giving speech, it will be better to listen the grievances and problem of the student and then try to give them possible solution to overcome their stress. Basically, the student may be a one community, but their stress may be related to their individual problem. Thus, there is a need to become their friend and counselor instead of focusing on completing their curriculum only. This may not take much time, as once in a day a teacher can easily ask the class their views about the situation around them and find who need more attention. Our problem is that we have made education an economic activity, and put much stress on the teachers also. Thus, there is a need to tackle teachers as well as student problem in an amicable way. However, how much marketing will support it is a big question, but certainly state can do it, provided it takes human approach rather than considering it a capital generating machine.
