prokaryotic cells are ancient type and not much developed and at the same time eukaryotic cells are developed ones.
prokaryotic cells are smaller in size and eukaryotic cells are larger in size.
prokaryotic do not have well defined nucleus and eukaryotic have a well defined nucleus.
prokaryotic have naked or no membranous cell organelle while eukaryotic have double and single membranous cell organelle.
DNA associates with other proteins except Histone protein in prokaryotic while eukaryotic associate only with Histone protein.
